PSEG Nuclear to file application for fourth plant at site

PSEG is staring to go through  an expensive procedures ending in “site preparation”  and why not, the consumer pays for it !

Not to worry, they have done it before !!! In the early 70’s they planned to build 4 floating nuclear plants off Atlantic City. Yes, they went so far as to assign the construction of  “breakwater”. All cancelled in 1978.  Did they loose money ? No. the consumer paid the cost.
