You should know what took  at the last hearing concerning the Emergency evacuation plan in Salam.

In casual conversation before the hearings between Ms. Willing and

Mr. Mulligan  I overheard that Mr. Mulligan

denied my  contention that Salem and hope Creek are built on mud without  support of a solid  rock foundation.

Ms. Willing then proceeded  to asked the same question ON RECORD.
